Scheduling and cancellation policies are the same whether appointments are scheduled in person, over the phone, via email or online. Once your appointment is scheduled, your email or text notification is the verification that your appointment has been reserved for you. If you do not receive a notification, it’s possible your appointment wasn’t made and the time was not reserved for you. Please contact me if you do not receive a notification.
Repeated no-shows for appointments booked will be required to pre-pay prior to the session.
Clients who cancel their appointments must do so 24 hours prior to their appointment time. If less than 24 hour advance notice is given, the client could be responsible for the charge for the entire session.
