Everyone is different and I invite you to experience a customized massage session!
Therapeutic Signature Massage sessions focus on either main areas of pain and postural tension or a full-body relaxation massage. I integrate a variety of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and sports therapy.
If you recovering from an injury or accident, I will work with your Medical Provider to structure sessions for a quicker recovery time.

Combination of Swedish (gentle to medium pressure with long strokes to relax and invigorate the body), deep tissue, trigger point, and sports therapy techniques. Reiki
